- Refugees are coming and political and economical external factors affecting Ontario(mostly Toronto) with difficult to get into the business, hire a new employee or start your new venture. Even tough your system is so developed, they think like that way, there will be always external forces to drag the businesses into a gap where people will start annoying and worrying about their future. Lets hope more job vacancies and better workplace laws will come to Ontario.
